RETURN POLICY

702 Hair Extensions Las Vegas hair extensions products orders placed online can not be returned, however merchandise that were purchased at our retail store location in Las Vegas can be return within 2 days except for full lace wigs. Items purchased in our retail store and returned must be original condition, it cannot be combed, brushed, washed, cut or altered to tags/packaging in anyway with products will be ineligible for a return.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange on human hair extensions that was purchased at our retail store will be given with 7 % service charge if the product is in the condition it was sent it. Re-shipping charge will apply. Products such as fiat iron that comes with manufacture warranty can be replaced for the same brand and items only on condition of manufacture defects. It will not be replaced if the equipment has been dropped or abused. 

NON REFUNDABLE ITEM

All orders placed online, Items such as special orders, custom orders, wigs, accessories, hair extensions dvd/videos, clearance items and etc ARE NOT returnable for exchange, store credit nor refund.

Warranty

702 Hair Extensions stands behind it's hair. Our natural colors natural browns and natural black hair has not been process. We can not guarantee lighter colored hair because it has been process.
